There’s been a last-minute change to Minnesota’s spring game, thanks to some incoming inclement weather.

Minnesota announced that its spring game, scheduled for 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, April 13, will be moved indoors due to the threat of impending weather. The game will now take place at the team’s indoor football facility in Athlete’s Village. It was previously scheduled to be played at TCF Bank Stadium.

Due to limited space at the indoor facility, the event will no longer be open to the public. Media will still be available to attend and the game will also still be aired live on BTN2Go. It will be on tape delay on BTN.

All other fan events scheduled for Saturday have been cancelled, as well.

Head coach P.J. Fleck and the University of Minnesota is working on providing a fan-friendly event during training camp, allowing fans to interact with the players and coaches. Details on that event are not yet available.

Minnesota is coming off a 7-6 season.
