Ko Kieft, former Minnesota TE, records first NFL touchdown, hits amazing celebration
Ko Kieft, a former Minnesota tight end, is officially on the board in the NFL!
The rookie tight end hauled in a pass from Tom Brady to give the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the lead over the Cleveland Browns, 17-10 in the 3rd quarter. Surprising, it’s only the 3rd receiving touchdown of his career, college or NFL.

Kieft was selected in the 6th round of the 2022 NFL Draft despite only totaling 166 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns in 4 years at Minnesota. He was drafted for his excellent blocking skills, standing at 6-foot-5, 265 pounds. The above touchdown was just his 5th reception on the season for the Bucs.
First of many?
