On Tuesday, Minnesota announced that its annual spring game will be held on Saturday, April 4 at TCF Bank Stadium. The game is set to begin at 11 a.m. ET. The event will be free to the public, and there will be other activities, along with the game.

Fans will also have the opportunity to receive autographs from players and coaches after the spring game. More information will be released as it becomes available, according to the team’s website.

Minnesota is coming off one of the best years in program history, finished the 2019 campaign with an 11-2 record. The Golden Gophers started the year 9-0, which included a win over No. 4 Penn State at TCF Bank Stadium. In the season finale against Wisconsin, ESPN’s College GameDay made its first-ever trip to the Twin Cities.

The Gophers earned a spot in the Outback Bowl and defeated Auburn 31-24.
