Minnesota and Wisconsin have been doing this thing for quite some time now.

The first showdown between the Gophers and the Badgers goes all the way back to 1890. Minnesota won that initial contest with the two teams currently all knotted up with a record of 60-60-8 all-time in the rivalry. It is also known as the longest uninterrupted rivalry in Division I football.

On Wednesday, Minnesota Football unveiled a unique video looking back on some of the key moments of the rivalry. There have been plenty, including the 37-15 win by the Gophers in 2018. That snapped a streak of 14 straight wins by Wisconsin.

On Saturday, the Gophers will be going for back-to-back wins over the Badgers for the first time since 1993-94. It will also be a chance for P.J. Fleck and company to keep their College Football Playoff hopes alive. Kickoff is set for 3:30 pm EST on ABC.
