After only one season with the Gophers, Ken Handy-Holly has left the football program. The defensive back played in eight games for Minnesota as a true freshman.

According to Randy Johnson of the Star Tribune, a school spokesman has confirmed Handy-Holly’s exit from the football program.

He recorded 12 tackles, forced one fumble and recovered one fumble last season for Minnesota. Handy-Holly is originally from Jackson, Ala. He was also a consensus three-star recruit in the 2017 recruiting cycle.
