Minnesota has just landed a talented tight end from the 2021 recruiting class.

On Thursday, the Gophers received a verbal pledge from three-star tight end Jameson Geers, on of the top 20 tight ends of the 2021 class, according to 247Sports. He made his announcement via a post on Twitter.

Geers becomes the fifth member of Minnesota’s 2021 recruiting class. He picked the Golden Gophers over offers from over a dozen schools, including five B1G programs.
