The player is Austin Barber, a 2021 offensive tackle out of Jacksonville, Florida. Barber had committed to P.J. Fleck and the Gophers in May, but he announced Monday that he is reopening his recruitment:

According to his 247 Sports page, Barber continued to receiver Power 5 offers since his commitment, including offers from Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, and Maryland. He also holds a host of other offers from Power 5 schools around the country.

Barber is listed at 6-foot-7 and 315 lbs. and is rated as a three-star prospect on the 247 Sports Composite Rankings. It will be interesting to see where Barber winds up moving forward.
