Minnesota will be without one of its offensive linemen for the final two games of the regular season.

Tracy Claeys told the media on Wednesday that sophomore guard Jared Weyler will miss Minnesota’s last two games against Northwestern and Wisconsin due to a torn triceps. Weyler should be ready for Minnesota’s bowl game.

Weyler started the season as a rotational player but has made five starts on the season. He made the start last week in Minnesota’s loss against Nebraska.

He didn’t see the field in 2015 and was sidelined with an injury in 2014.
