Minnesota volleyball sweeps No. 6 Wisconsin, claims Border Battle crown
Minnesota volleyball is on some kind of roll.
The Golden Gophers bounced back from getting swept by No. 11 Purdue Friday with an electric 29-27 sweep of No. 6 Wisconsin, Minnesota’s second sweep of the year and fourth win over a ranked program this season.
Minnesota snapped a 6-match losing streak to the Badgers that dated back to 2018, including 3 losses last season. 2 of those losses were Badger sweeps.
So yeah, this one was a long time coming.
