Minnesota is getting really thin at wide receiver.

Over the last two days, Hunter Register and Rashad Still have announced that they will be moving on from the program and will be seeking opportunities at other schools. On Tuesday, a third receiver, Melvin Holland Jr., says he plans to move on as well.

Quarterback Demry Croft has also announced his plans to transfer.

Holland made his announcement via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.

Over the last two seasons, Holland has played in just five games, mostly on special teams. His only contributions as a receiver came in 2014, when he appeared in eight games and made two catches for eight yards.

Holland was redshirted in 2014.

As a member of the 2014 recruiting class, Holland was tabbed as a three-star recruit by 247Sports and was considered to be one of the top 50 receivers in the class. As a senior in high school, the receiver had 1,032 yards and 17 touchdowns.

Holland leaves Minnesota after appearing in 13 total games.
