Mohamed Ibrahim has proven to be one of college football’s most consistent running backs.

In the Week 7 road matchup versus No. 24 Illinois, Ibrahim has rushed for his 14th consecutive 100-yard rushing performance. He is one game away from tying the 15-game 100-yard performance streak most recently set by former Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliot in 2014 and 2015.

The first game of this impressive streak started in Minnesota’s 31-24 win over Auburn in the 2020 Outback Bowl when he rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries. His best performance during this span is when he rushed for 224 yards and 4 touchdowns on 30 carries in the 41-14 win at Illinois in 2021.

Ibrahim has rushed for 124 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries through the first 3 quarters of the Week 7 matchup over Illinois.
