Mo Ibrahim, everybody.

The star senior back played just 1 game last season and 7 before that, but he’s now inthe Minnesota histroy books. On Saturday against Colorado, Ibrahim tied the all-time Minnesota record for most rushing touchdowns. He and Darrell Thompson each have 40 touchdowns across their careers.

Safe to say Ibrahim will be shattering that record with the remainder of this season.

Here’s No. 40:

Ibrahim has 7 touchdowns already this season, including 3 against the Buffaloes.  He’s averaging 9.6 yards per carry in the first half and has totaled 173 yards rushing on 18 carries. Ibrahim runs angry.

I understand its only Colorado, but can anyone say Heisman candidate?
