P.J. Fleck gets emotional talking 'Row the Boat' culture after huge win over Penn State
Minnesota didn’t shock the world Saturday.
But, that being said, not many expected the Golden Gophers to win (at home!) against undefeated Penn State. Minnesota is undefeated too, by the way. It is now 9-0.

Minnesota is ranked No. 17 in the country according to the initial College Football Playoff rankings of the season and will surely rise next week. How much? Your guess is as good as mine.
After the 31-26 win, Gophers coach P.J. Fleck didn’t talk about the playoff, though. He talked about culture. He talked about the state of Minnesota. He talked about how he does things differently.
Here’s Fleck:

Fleck talked about his defense and his team getting better as well:
"We're going to continue to be better. We've got a long way to go." Fleck, on changing our best.

"It starts with our leaders. They were the reason." Fleck, saying that everyone stepped up for this victory.
