PFF says Minnesota has highest-graded o-line in the nation
While Minnesota is coming off of 2 straight losses, the offensive line has something going for them. At least according to Pro Football Focus anyway.
The Golden Gophers’ offensive line was just graded as the best in the country, and the team put the news up on Twitter Wednesday afternoon. Their offensive line features Daniel Faalele, Blaise Andries, John Michael Schmitz, Sam Schlueter, Conner Olson, and Axel Ruschmeyer.

Going into Week 11, the Minnesota o-line was ranked as the 6th-best in college football according to PFF. The way that PFF gets the ranking is by taking grades of all the linemen that play the most snaps and average the PFF grade of those players.
It’ll be interesting to see if the Golden Gophers can keep it up down the stretch with Indiana and No. 15 Wisconsin as the last 2 teams on the schedule.
