Former Minnesota Golden Gopher and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman is having a great start to the 2022 NFL season. After an electric score on Sunday, Bateman is the first player in Ravens’ history to account for a 50-yard touchdown reception in each of the season’s first two games.

In the Week 2 42-38 home loss to the Miami Dolphins, Bateman scored a 75-yard touchdown in the second quarter. The week before in the 24-9 road win over the New York Jets, Bateman scored a 55-yard touchdown play in the third quarter.
Bateman was clocked at 21.48 miles per hour in the 75-yard scoring in the game against Miami, which is the second-fastest speed for an NFL ball-carrier this season.
Through the first two games of the 2022 NFL season, Bateman has caught 6 receptions for 167 yards and 2 touchdowns. Last season, he caught 46 receptions for 515 yards and a touchdown in his rookie season.
