Rashod Bateman records acrobatic TD with incredible catch vs Northwestern

There’s no way to defend this connection between Tanner Morgan and Rashod Bateman!
After leaving the end of the Iowa game with an injury, Morgan’s status for the Northwestern game was up in the air a bit. Fortunately, he was cleared and put Minnesota up early in the game.
The touchdown came on this connection when he put a nice throw into the end zone. It was placed where only Bateman had a shot at it, and the receiver wentup in impressive fashion.
Bateman was able to land one foot in the end zone as he fell out of bounds, beautifully securing the catch over his defender. Check it out:
