Rose Bowl announces Minnesota player as Week 11 B1G Player of the Week
What happened in Week 11 of the college football season? LSU went to Alabama and won. That was technically an upset and was the talk of the CFB world.
However, Minnesota also took care of undefeated No. 4 Penn State at home. Everybody knew that the Nittany Lions had a real defense. Yet, the Golden Gophers put up 31 points in the victory.
On Monday, after the Gophers’ upset over the Nittany Lions, the Rose Bowl announced its Week 11 B1G Player of the Week:

Rashod Bateman was an absolute stud against Penn State. Bateman had 203 receiving yards against again, what many people thought, was one of the best defenses in the country.
Penn State still may be exactly that.
But, Bateman may be just that good, too.
