Tanner Morgan sets Minnesota record with third TD pass of game to Rashod Batemen

Minnesota QB Tanner Morgan is having a big game against Northwestern, and he’s etched his name into the record books for the Gophers in the process.
Morgan’s status for this week’s game was up in the air all week long. After leaving the end of the Iowa game due to a hard hit, Morgan went through the concussion protocol. Fortunately, he was cleared and suited up against the Wildcats.
So far, Morgan has played well all afternoon. He does have a couple of miscues, but he has also thrown for three touchdowns, each to Rashod Bateman.

The third of the game was significant because it gives Morgan 25 passing touchdowns on the season. That puts him at the top of Minnesota’s single-season list, passing the 24 thrown by Adam Weber in 2007.
Here’s the video of Bateman’s third TD grab of the game:
The hesitation. The move. The catch. That's 3 TDs for @GopherFootball's Rashod Bateman today.
