An unfortunate misprint on Minnesota Golden Gophers-theme onesies has target apologizing to the school and its fans.

Recently, a photograph made its way around social media of a Minnesota-themed onesie that read “Minnesota Badgers.” Obviously, that didn’t sit well with fans of the Golden Gophers, or the arch-rival Wisconsin Badgers. It was an especially bad look for the company, considering it’s based out of Minnesota.

The company released a statement to WCCO-TV apologizing to Minnesota for the mishap.

“Color us red,” the statement read. “As a Minnesota-based company, we know we are home to the Gophers.”

It is a pretty strange misprint, as the clothing item even has the Minnesota “M” logo below the wording.

There probably won’t be too many purchases of this onesie, unless maybe someone needs a gag gift. Or, maybe it would work in a house that was divided between the two scores?

For once, though, Minnesota and Wisconsin fans can agree that this shirt should disappear from the shelves quickly.
