A pair of former Minnesota defensive linemen have found new landing spots to finish their college football careers.

Andy Greder of the Pioneer Press is reporting that D’Vion Harris and Noah Hickcox have both found new homes for the 2021 season. Harris will be heading to Old Dominion to play for former Penn State OC Ricky Rahen, while Hockcox will go to the FCS level and suit up for Brock Spack and Illinois State.

Both players entered their names in the NCAA transfer portal following the 2020 season.

Harris was a redshirt freshman for the Golden Gophers during the 2020 season. He did not see any game action in 2019 and made his debut for Minnesota this past season. He played in one game and recorded one tackle in the Gophers’ victory over Purdue.

Hickcox was a redshirt junior and saw action in plenty of games during his career. After redshirting in 2017, Hickcox appeared in 27 career games with the Gophers and is credited with making 7 tackles during his time with the team.

Minnesota ended the 2020 season with a 3-4 record.
