There’s a lot at stake for Minnesota as it heads to Madison for the final game of the 2018 season.
The Gophers (5-6) are trying to get one more win to reach the postseason in P.J. Fleck’s second year. They’re trying to end a lengthy drought to Wisconsin, a matchup they haven’t won since 2003.
Minnesota is hoping to end the year as a winner in three of its final five games.
On Tuesday, Fleck met with the media to talk about Minnesota’s upcoming matchup with the Badgers. But the head coach talked more about what the Gophers need to do in their final game rather than the opponent.
Here’s what Fleck had to say:
Coach Fleck opens the press conference by wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and expressing that he's grateful for his players that have organized the Row the Boat Turkey Drive which will benefit eight organizations.
