It was another disappointing week for Minnesota.
The Gophers dropped their fourth straight game, falling 53-28 to Nebraska on Saturday. It was the first win of the season for the Huskers. And though Minnesota is 3-4 on the year, it has yet to win a B1G game.
Aside from a third quarter burst, Minnesota failed to get anything going in Lincoln. It was a disappointing performance on both sides of the football.
Minnesota has a chance to rectify some of its B1G woes on Friday, hosting Indiana at TCF Bank Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. ET.
On Monday, head coach P.J. Fleck met with the media to talk about the Gophers’ loss to Nebraska and preview the upcoming game against Indiana. Here’s what he had to say:
"It was gritty. Gutsy. That's who he is." -Coach Fleck, on Tanner Morgan's performance at QB at Nebraska.
