Nebraska has missed out on a 4-star quarterback.
MJ Morris announced on Thursday that he has committed to N.C. State. He had also been considering Nebraska and Georgia Tech, including those two programs in his Top 3.
Morris announced his decision with a post on Twitter.

Morris is a native of Atlanta who received 34 offers on the recruiting front. Major programs to offer the 4-star talent include Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Virginia Tech, among many others.
Per 247Sports, Morris ranks just outside the Top 200 overall players in 2022 class, coming in at No. 206. He’s ranked as the No. 14 quarterback of the cycle and the No. 20 player out of Georgia.
Nebraska has been behind in the 2022 recruiting cycle, landing pledges from just two players in the class thus far. The Huskers rank 13th in the B1G and 66th nationally.
