Adrian Martinez connects with Samori Toure for crucial big-play TD vs. Ohio State
There is a lot of pressure on Nebraska and head coach Scott Forst as they host No. 5 Ohio State. With one more loss, Nebraska will not be eligible for a postseason bowl game.
The game looked headed for a blowout win for Ohio State after a huge 75-yard touchdown pass from quarterback C.J. Stroud to wide receiver Jaxson Smith-Njigba to put Ohio State up 17-3. Fortunately, Nebraska was able to answer back quickly in a two-play, 75-yard drive that resulted in a 72-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Adrian Martinez to Samori Toure.

Ohio State currently leads Nebraska 17-10 at halftime as Nebraska will get the ball first in the second half. The Husker’s defense has done a good job for much of the first half, and the big play by the offense kept the game close at the break.
