Bengals' Zac Taylor has early message for Huskers with trip to Ireland upcoming
Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor has quite a bit on his plate right now. He’s preparing for the biggest game of his coaching career, leading his team to a Super Bowl LVI berth.
But during Super Bowl media availability, coaches and players are asked all kinds of questions. And with his alma mater taking a trip to Dublin, Ireland coming up in August, Taylor was asked about a message for Nebraska.
Taylor didn’t say much, but he’s showing his full support for the Huskers.
“Go win it, man,” Taylor said. “Go Big Red and go win in Dublin this August.”

Nebraska will take on Northwestern on Saturday, Aug. 27 in Dublin. It’s a Week 0 game, giving the two B1G West programs the prime spotlight on the first weekend of the season.
The Huskers were initially supposed to make the trek overseas in 2021, where they would host Illinois. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the game was moved back to Champaign but still played in Week 0.
