Caleb Tannor sets elite goal for Nebraska defense in 2022
Nebraska is tired of losing. That goes without saying, but Caleb Tannor emphasized that point during a post-practice media session on Friday.
A member of the 2018 recruiting class, Tannor is now entering his fifth season with the program. He’s also setting big goals for the defensive unit entering 2022.
During his appearance, Tannor said the defense is shooting to have a top-10 unit in 2022. He also discussed developing into a leader that younger players can look up to on the defense.

Tanno also reiterated one of his goals for 2022 is getting to a bowl game. The Huskers have failed to reach a bowl each year under Scott Frost and have not been to the postseason since 2016.
“I want to see us win. I’ve been here, what, 4-5 years? It’s about that time to go to a bowl game,” said Tannor. “I’m tired.”
Great stuff from senior edge rusher Caleb Tannor on being ready to go to a bowl game.
