Daniel Kaelin was named the winner of the accuracy challenge at the Elite 11 Finals on Friday.

Kaelin beat out Alabama commit Julian Sayin and Notre Dame commit CJ Carr for the honor.

Here’ the official announcement from Elite 11:

It’s an impressive feat for Kaelin to hold off Sayin, who was named the overall MVP of this year’s event.

Here’s video of some of Kaelin’s work during the accuracy challenge:

Kaelin has been committed to Nebraska since May 20. He was originally committed to Mizzou, but decided to back off of that pledge earlier this spring. He quickly flipped to the Huskers.

He’s a Nebraska native who attends Bellevue West High School. He’s listed at 6-foot-2, 198 pounds.

Kaelin is the No. 541 overall player and the No. 33 quarterback in the country for the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings. However, his performance at the Elite 11 Finals could see him move up the rankings before the end of this cycle.
