Dayton Raiola, a 2026 quarterback from Georgia and the younger brother of Nebraska QB Dylan Raiola, announced his college commitment on Sunday. He’ll be joining Dylan Raiola and his father, Cornhuskers offensive line coach Donovan Raiola, in Lincoln.

Dayton Raiola posted the news to his X account on Sunday, along with a photo of his family:

The Buford (Ga.) signal-caller currently has 3 offers from Appalachian State, Charlotte, and Nebraska. The Huskers extended their offer in Oct. 2022, his first, with Appalachian State and Charlotte following suit in January. Raiola, though, has made the call for the Huskers, becoming the first player in the 2026 class to pledge to Matt Rhule’s program.

Through 4 games this season at Buford — traditionally one of the top high school programs in the country — Raiola has thrown for 564 yards and 4 touchdowns along with a rushing TD. The Wolves are 4-1.
