Decoldest Crawford is a viral sensation on social media. The Nebraska freshman wide receiver’s commercial for a local HVAC company was released on Twitter Monday evening.

It’s already over 5 million views in less than 24 hours.

College football fans and media members love Crawford’s commercial, with many calling it a positive example of NIL (name, image and likeness) opportunities. It’s also been pointed out that Crawford is able to make money despite currently being sidelined by injury.

A Shreveport, Louisiana native, Crawford was a 3-star prospect out of Green Oaks High School in the class of 2022. On Oct. 28, 2019, Crawford pledged to LSU. In December 2021, Nebraska hired former LSU wide receivers coach Mickey Joseph. The Huskers extended a scholarship offer to Crawford on Dec. 7 and he decommitted from the Tigers. Crawford committed and signed with Nebraska on Dec. 17 during the Early Signing Period.

Crawford picked up 16 scholarship offers during his recruitment. He also considered Auburn, Florida and Texas before signing with Nebraska.
