Former Nebraska wide receiver Miles Jones has found a new home in SEC country.

According to a report from Brandon Martin of VR2, Jones is transferring to Tennessee as a walk-on. The wide receiver decided to leave Nebraska after two seasons in Lincoln. He provides depth for the Volunteers, something the program lacks heading into the 2020 season.

Jones, a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was a member of Nebraska’s 2018 recruiting and was a three-star wide receiver out of high school. He was listed as the No. 44 athlete and No. 90 player from Florida in his recruiting cycle, per 247Sports.

In 2018, Jones appeared in one game for the Huskers, catching one pass for 21 yards and taking one carry five yards. He did not play in the 2019 season, due to injury.

Tennessee finished the 2019 campaign 8-5 following a Gator Bowl victory over Indiana. Nebraska ended the season 5-7.
