Nebraska is struggling right now, but Huskers 4-star linebacker commitment Randolph Kpai is taking notes.

Following Nebraska’s 41-23 loss to Illinois on Saturday, Kpai tweeted out this message:

That’s great news for Nebraska fans who might be reeling after the Huskers’ first loss at home to Illinois since 1924.

It’s also a very different message than what 4-star tight end commit Thomas Fidone said while the the Huskers were getting blown out.

Kpai is a major commitment for Scott Frost and the Huskers. He’s ranked No. 253 nationally and is the No. 15 outside linebacker for the class of 2021, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

He’s been committed to Nebraska since Jan. 2 of this year. He’s currently one of four 4-star commitments Nebraska has for the class of 2021.

Nebraska will have a chance to get back on track next week vs. Iowa.
