Nebraska has added another recruit to its big 2021 class.

Defensive end Ru’Quan Buckley has officially committed to the Cornhuskers and they beat out schools such as Michigan State, Minnesota, Cincinnati, etc.

Per 247Sports, Buckley is a three-star recruit from Michigan and he’s considered the 592nd best recruit in the country for the 2021 class. He’s also the 36th best defensive end in the nation and the 15th ranked player for the state of Michigan.

His 247Sports composite ranking 0.8709 which is almost on the border of a four-star as well. This is a big get for the Cornhuskers as he’s also going to enroll early, according to Allen Trieu in the tweet above.

Nebraska’s 2021 class continues to grow and improve in the 247Sports rankings. The Huskers currently rank No. 5 in the B1G and No. 22 nationally following the commit from Buckley.
