Isaiah Harris flashes speed, elusiveness with 4th down TD run in Nebraska spring game
Isaiah Harris might be listed as a redshirt freshman on the roster, but he looked like a seasoned veteran in the second half of Nebraska’s spring game on Saturday.
The young running back was tasked with taking a handoff on 4th down from the 30-yard line to keep a drive alive. Harris did more than that, avoiding defenders and sprinting to the end zone for a spring game touchdown. It was a great play from a running back who didn’t see the field during the 2020 campaign.
Below is the clip of Harris’ impressive 30-yard run on 4th down:

Harris is a native of Omaha who arrived in Lincoln as a member of the 2020 recruiting class. He’ll still have four years of eligibility to use with the program, beginning this fall.
Nebraska’s running back room should be in good shape, as the Huskers added USC transfer Markese Stepp in the offseason.
