JoJo Domann landed with the Indianapolis Colts after going undrafted out of Nebraska in 2022. On Saturday, he came up with a huge special teams play on the road against the Minnesota Vikings.

With the Vikings lined up for a punt in the first quarter, Indianapolis’ unit was able to break through the protection and block the punt. The ball deflected out to Domann for a clean recovery near the sideline.

The fortuitous bounce found Domann and a clear path to the end zone with the linebacker outracing everyone for the quick score:

That quick return for Domann jumpstarted a 20-0 start for the Colts on Saturday. It is also Domann’s first career touchdown in the NFL.

Entering the game, Domann has been a regular special teams play for the Colts with 5 tackles on the year.
