When it comes to fast food restaurant chains, there isn’t a better social media team than the group over at Wendy’s.

Notorious for its viral roastings of competitors, challengers and sometimes innocent bystanders alike, the Wendy’s Twitter handle took a shot at Nebraska this Saturday afternoon, taking advantage of its misery to promote one of its most famous products:

Nebraska, which lost its first two games of the season by a combined 10 points, is currently down 56-3 with just under 15 minutes left on the road at No. 19 Michigan and as you can imagine, it hasn’t been pretty.

The Cornhuskers will be just fine in the long-term under new coach Scott Frost, but it appears it could end up being a very long year for the Blackshirts of Lincoln.

Kudos to Wendy’s for the funny tweet, though at Huskers fans’ expense this time around.
