Former Nebraska running back Maurice Washington had a preliminary hearing set for Thursday. But, once again — for the fifth time in six months to be exact — it got delayed.

On January 10, which is when the hearing is now set for Washington, he must appear in court. Previously, he was allowed to appear remotely.

Washington is facing one felony and one misdemeanor charge for sending a 10-second video to an ex-girlfriend, who was 15-years-old at the time, performing oral sex.

Washington played in seven games, but was then removed from team activities on the week of Oct. 20.
