Mickey Joseph throws major shade at Rutgers for announced sellout in Week 6
Mickey Joseph decided to throw some shade at Rutgers after its sellout game against Nebraska last Saturday. He’ll be hoping for a better atmosphere at Purdue, according to Sam McKewon of the Omaha World-Herald.
Joseph didn’t care about hurting anyone’s feelings when talking about the Rutgers sellout. Pictures were released of the alleged sellout crowd, and it looked like there may have been some generous exaggerations.
“Let’s be real about it. It wasn’t a sellout,” said Joseph.

The Purdue atmosphere has shown up for some great games over the years. Joseph might regret those words if the Boilermakers come away with a win in Week 7.
Last year’s game in Lincoln ended with a Nebraska loss. The series is split between these two teams at five wins a piece.
Can Joseph win his third game in a row as interim HC? We’ll see as Nebraska and Purdue play Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET on BTN.
