Ndamukong Suh was back in his old stomping grounds this week. Making a trip to Lincoln for a special occasion, Suh also hit Memorial Stadium for a key Nebraska game.

That matchup features the Huskers in a game against Rutgers and looking to spoil a perfect season for the Scarlet Knights. Nebraska also wants to avoid a 2nd early loss in conference play.

To kickstart the game, Suh had the special opportunity to lead the Huskers out of the tunnel, and it was an electric vibe for the players and fans. Hopefully, it also jumpstarts the performance on the field.

Ndamukong Suh was inducted into the Nebraska Athletics Hall of Fame this week, and for good reason. Suh was one of the most unstoppable defensive players in college football during his career and would finish 4th for the Heisman Trophy in 2009.

Suh finished that memorable 2009 season with 21 TFLs and 12 sacks, including an interception. During the 2008 season, Suh had a pair of pick-6s to go with 16 TFLs and 7.5 sacks.

The game-changing defensive tackle would eventually become the No. 2 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft and produced 3 First-Team All-Pro selections and was named a member of the Pro Football HOF’s All-2010s Team.
