Nebraska AD Trev Alberts and the Huskers are trying to keep the sellout streak of Memorial Stadium rolling. That streak reaches all the way back to the 1960s and has spanned the highest highs and lowest lows of Nebraska football.

Recently, Alberts labeled the sellout as something that will be approached on a week-by-week basis with the number of tickets still available for the remaining home games. Fortunately, the sellout streak will not end in Week 5 when Indiana rolls to town.

During his weekly radio spot for Huskers Radio Network, Alberts revealed the game vs. the Hoosiers is sold out:

“The Indiana game’s going to be sold out, really really proud of that and grateful and thankful to our fans for that,” said Alberts. “We said it’s going to be a week-by-week basis, made a lot of progress on the rest of the home games, but Husker Nation just continues to respond.”

That is great news for the Huskers and for the fanbase. Nebraska will get 3 more chances to keep the sellout streak rolling in 2022 after Week 5.

These are the remaining home games on the schedule:

  • Oct. 29 vs. Illinois
  • Nov. 5 vs. Minnesota
  • Nov. 19 vs. Wisconsin
