Nebraska adds commitment from in-state QB for class of 2021

Nebraska picked up a commitment Wednesday evening from an in-state quarterback prospect.
The player is Jarrett Synek, a quarterback out of Hastings, Nebraska. Listed at 6-feet and 192 lbs., Synek is an interesting dual-threat prospect.
Synek was awarded a local award in September for an especially bright performance. In that win, Synek rushed for over 100 yards and three touchdowns. He previously set a Class B record after throwing for nine touchdowns in one game during the 2019 season.

According to Evan Bland with Big Red Today, Synek’s commitment will be as a walk-on with the Huskers. It will be interesting to watch and see if he can earn his scholarship at Nebraska.
