The Nebraska Cornhuskers have seen several prized Florida recruits transfer out of the program early but today the Huskers added to their roster an FCS-level All-American out of Portland, Oregon for the 2021 campaign.

Former Montana Grizzly wide receiver Samori Touré announced via Twitter that he would be transferring to Lincoln to play out his senior season for the Cornhuskers. Touré is a 6-foot-3-inch FCS superstar who broke NFL Hall of Fame legend Randy Moss’s single-game receiving yards mark in the FCS Playoffs when he went for 303 against Southeastern Louisiana.

Touré finished second in the division with 87 catches for 1,495 yards and 13 touchdowns in his final season. He left Missoula just shy of the major all-time receiving marks in school history and is considered a legitimate NFL prospect.

Touré will bring a lot of needed experience to the Nebraska receiver’s room having caught 155 passes for 2,488 yards and 20 touchdowns. He is a big play threat with multiple touchdowns over 70 yards and one over 80 yards. The Cornhuskers are hoping Touré can remind them how to finish in the end zone.
