The Nebraska Cornhuskers have announced their starter for their game today against Penn State and the most notable one on there is the projected quarterback decision:

Their Twitter account has Adrian Martinez as the projected starter, even after struggling to open this season. Martinez is just 24/42 so far this season for 230 yards and has no touchdown passes. He does have one interception as well.

There’s the potential that backup Luke McCaffrey may start today as he took the first snap in the warmup series:

Cornhusker fans have been clamoring for him to get some playing time, especially after Nebraska was shut out in the second half last week against Northwestern when Martinez was at the helm.

We’ll have to see who gets the start when kickoff happens at Noon ET on FS1.
