After a 38-17 loss to the Wisconsin Badgers, the Nebraska Cornhuskers have another difficult test ahead. The Huskers welcome Ohio State, who’s the No. 9-ranked team in the country, to Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

Following Tuesday’s practice, Nebraska defensive coordinator Bob Diaco spoke highly of the Buckeyes defense that’s the No. 1 scoring team in the Big Ten, averaging 45.8 points per game this season.

Reported by Omaha.com, when asked about Ohio State’s offense, Diaco stated:

“They have a really talented offensive players, veteran offensive line that’s long and athletic and a senior quarterback who just runs their offense with great efficiency. I’m sure he probably feels like an extension of the coaching staff our there.”

Nebraska’s defense looked respectable against weaker competition, but struggled against the Badgers last Saturday, surrendering 466 total yards with 353 yards coming on the ground.
