We have an early candidate for a B1G-related College GameDay Sign of the Year. Well, unless you’re a Michigan fan or Desmond Howard.

On Saturday morning, College GameDay welcomed in virtual fans and signage for its pregame show from Louisville. With the B1G reinstating the 2020 fall football season, the show brought in some fans from the conference to celebrate the great news this week.

But the tumultuous month has stirred up some bitterness between Nebraska and Howard. There’s been plenty of back and forth between the two parties, with Howard saying the Huskers owed B1G commissioner Kevin Warren an apology after their administration said they were not happy with the decision to postpone the season on Aug. 11, and would continue to seek competition.

Howard eventually said Warren should be “looking for a way to kick their ass out of the B1G.”

Well, on Saturday, one Nebraska fan couldn’t help but keep the rivalry going between the Huskers and Howard. Below is the sign he shared on College GameDay:

Howard’s response to that sign? “Nebraska is the loudest 5-win program in football.”

Even with the B1G season returning, it appears the relationship between Nebraska and Howard is still pretty heated.
