Aviva Stadium is also the home of the Irish rugby union team and the Republic of Ireland football (soccer) team. The capacity for the arena for American football is listed at 49,000 with a full capacity of 51,700 for rugby and association football.
The trip for the Huskers is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but the team will be focused on the matter at hand come Saturday. With such a crucial season on deck, starting off 1-0 with a conference win will be a big boost before coming home to continue the year in Week 1.
