Nebraska is 0-3 for first time since 1945
Nebraska losing a football game in recent history really isn’t that big of a deal.
Even two in a row, it is what it is. Cornhusker fans won’t say that, but it’s not an unbelievable occurrence anymore unfortunately. With Scott Frost now in charge, losing two or potentially three straight wasn’t supposed to happen.
In his first three games in Lincoln, it has already happened. Nebraska is 0-3 to start the 2018 season.
When is the last time the Cornhuskers started 0-3? You’d have to go back a few years.
Actually, 63 years to be exact.

It can’t get much worse for Frost and the Huskers. That is, unless the team starts 0-4.
Next week, Nebraska is set to host Purdue. Purdue was also 0-3 to start the year, but just defeated No. 23 Boston College to get to 1-3 overall.
