Nebraska is reportedly pushing hard for a former LSU quarterback
With Adrian Martinez in the transfer portal, the search is underway for a new quarterback to lead Nebraska next season.
The Cornhuskers looked to be zeroed in on one of their targets in Myles Brennan. The entire coaching staff went to Baton Rouge to meet with Brennan on Wednesday as they look to get this nailed down.
I'm told Nebraska officially offered former #LSU QB Myles Brennan today. Nebraska putting hard push on Myles. Entire coaching staff went to Baton Rouge.

Brennan started three games for LSU last year and put up respectable numbers. He finished with 1,112 yards passing with 11 touchdowns to only 3 interceptions.
In all 3 games, Brennan threw for 300+ yards and 3+ touchdown passes as well.
He didn’t get any playing time this season due to Max Johnson starting the entire season. It appeared to be the right choice to go with Johnson after he finished with 2,815 yards along with 27 touchdowns and 6 interceptions.
Getting Brennan would be ginormous for the Cornhuskers as they look to reshape their offensive identity for next season.
