Nebraska’s weekend couldn’t have gotten much better. Not only did the Huskers record a 9-6 win over Michigan State, they also landed a commitment from a talented defensive back out of Atlanta, Georgia.

On Sunday, Myles Farmer, a 3-star safety out of Atlanta, announced his commitment to the Huskers. He made his decision public, posting a message to Twitter.

“After a long talk with my family, I am honored to say I am committed to the University of Nebraska,” Farmer said in a post.

Farmer becomes the 21st player to commit to Nebraska in the 2019 recruiting class. The Huskers are currently ranked 21st nationally and fourth in the B1G.

He’s considered to be one of the top 100 players out of the state of Georgia, a recruiting hotbed for college football.

Not a bad way to end the weekend for Scott Frost and the Huskers.
