Nebraska freshman wide receiver/running back Wan’Dale Robinson has been dinged up over the last few games, but got a week to recover with the Huskers enjoying an off week. Still, this Saturday’s game could be a huge question mark for the electrifying freshman.

According to Sam McKewon of the Omaha World-Herald, Robinson is “very questionable” for this weekend’s game against Wisconsin. That description of Robinson’s status was provided to McKewon by Nebraska offensive coordinator Troy Walters.

Robinson didn’t play much at the end of Nebraska’s 31-27 loss to Purdue two weeks ago.

Robinson has been an excellent back for the Huskers this season, showing off his skills as a multi-purpose player throughout the year. He’s taken 85 carries for 326 yards and three touchdowns. He’s also caught 40 passes for 453 yards and two scores.

He’s appeared in all nine games this season.

Nebraska is looking to get back on the winning side of things after losing three straight games to Minnesota, Indiana and Purdue. The Huskers have also dropped four of their last five games.
