The Scott Frost era at Nebraska is off to a good start, with a record crowd at the spring game and some momentum on the recruiting trails.

On Saturday night, the Huskers picked up a big-time commitment from an elite running back prospect out of New Jersey.

As you can see in the tweet below, 4-star RB Rahmir Johnson announced he was committing to Nebraska:

Per the 247Sports composite, Johnson is the No. 19 running back in the class of 2019 and the No. 8 overall recruit from the state of New Jersey.

Nebraska now has five players in its 2019 class, which currently ranks No. 38 nationally and No. 9 in the Big Ten, per 247Sports.
